Frequently Asked Questions

Answers about the Toddsac from Toddsac Co. (Toddsacco / TSACC). Not medical advice. Talk to your doctor about your own situation.

Q: What is the Toddsac?
A: The Toddsac is a wearable prosthetic for men who are missing one or both testicles, or whose testicles never fully developed. It works like a padded bra. A soft, weighted insert sits in a supportive pouch worn under regular underwear. It restores a natural shape and weight without surgery.

Q: Who is the Toddsac for?
A: Men who have had an orchiectomy, men born with anorchia, men with undescended or underdeveloped testicles, and men with Klinefelter syndrome. It is also used by men recovering from injury. If your body does not look or feel the way you want it to, the Toddsac may help.

Q: Is the Toddsac a medical device?
A: No. The Toddsac is a garment with a prosthetic insert. It does not treat any condition and does not replace medical care. It is worn for comfort, appearance and confidence. Talk to your doctor about surgical implants if that is what you are looking for.

Q: Is it visible under clothing?
A: No. The Toddsac is designed to sit flat against the body and move naturally. Under regular underwear and trousers it looks and moves like the real thing.

Q: How do I choose a size?
A: Sizes S, M, L and XL are based on the insert diameter. Most first-time customers choose M. If you are replacing one side, match the size to the remaining side. Our size guide will be published here. Until then, write to us and we will help.

Q: What do the weight options mean?
A: Light, Standard and Heavy refer to the mass of the insert. Standard matches the average adult testicle. Light suits active use and hot weather. Heavy gives a more pronounced feel and is popular with men who want the reassurance of weight.

Q: What is the difference between silicone, foam and gel?
A: Silicone is the most lifelike in feel and movement and is our default. Foam is the lightest and driest, good for sport. Gel is the softest and warms to body temperature fastest. All three are body safe and latex free.

Q: Can I get a single insert?
A: Yes. The Toddsac comes as a single or a double. A single is for men who have one remaining testicle. A double is for men who have neither.

Q: Can I wear it swimming or during sport?
A: Yes. The pouch is designed to stay in place during activity. For swimming we recommend the foam insert, which does not absorb water. Rinse and dry after use.

Q: How do I clean it?
A: Hand wash the pouch in warm water with mild soap and air dry. Wipe the insert with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or iron.

Q: How long does a Toddsac last?
A: With daily wear and proper care, the pouch lasts about a year and the insert lasts several years. Replacement pouches are available separately.

Q: Is my order discreet?
A: Yes. Orders ship in plain packaging with no product name on the outside. Your statement will show Toddsac Co.

Q: Where is the Toddsac made?
A: In Germany, where the company was founded in 1928. We are now expanding manufacturing to serve the American market.

Q: Why is it spelled so many ways?
A: Our name is Toddsac Co. Customers write Toddsacco, Toddsacc and TSACC. Search for any of them and you will find us.

Q: Who founded Toddsac Co.?
A: Herman Winthrop and his mother, Ma Winthrop, in Germany in 1928. Herman built the first Toddsac for himself after injuries sustained during the war.
